The filthy sex-filled adventures of a futanari dinosaur rider at the end of the world.

It’s the year 2135 in what remains of Brooklyn. Life is tough after the apocalypse, especially for futanari dinosaur riders. Xenia only wants a bed, a bath, and to get laid. What she finds instead is trouble in the form of another futanari named Mags, AKA “The Magpie.” Xen saves her and that means Mags owes her. Bigtime.

When Xenia and Mags conduct their “Payment” transaction out in the open, guarded by their attack dinos, sparks (and juices) fly! When Xenia’s done with Mags, she’s going to have a very sore throat!

Futanari Dinosaur Riders of the Apocalypse, Season 1/Episode 1: The Magpie is a 6800-word futa-on-futa deep, choking oral sex and lactation story containing extreme violence and sex and is for legal adults only who aren’t afraid of extremely sloppy, messy sex.

Holy. Crap.

Disclaimer first: I’m not a huge fan of futa-girls. I have nothing against them, mind, it’s just not my kink. If futa-girls ARE your kink, this is the short for you. Holy. Freaking. Crap is it for you! Bryce is a fantastic writer and you can tell within just a few sentences that he’s loving this series he’s made. It’s fun. It’s funny. The lead character Xenia has a sarcastic streak a mile wide. And it’s got freaking dinosaurs in it during the apocalypse! Which means you get some of this too… except people’s heads instead of fries.

Since it’s a short, I can’t say too much lest I give away everything. The basic plot is that Xenia, Dino Rider of the Apocalypse, is a futa, a product of the same genetic tinkering which gave the world dinosaurs. She sees another futa dino rider being attacked and goes to help… and then LIQUIDS EVERYWHERE!

Seriously, Bryce writes some messy, messy stuff… and it’s fantastic. He hits the futa kink hard in this short offering and I can’t wait to see where he’s going to take this world! I give this first episode 9 dinosaur disembowelments out of 10! (PS: The cover is fantastic and I love it so much. The dinosaur just… it just does it for me. We need more authors willing to step outside the lines and make some truly creative stuff like this.)

As the daughter of the Coast Devils MC President, Kira Tolleson was raised around dangerous men. But her father, Crest Tolleson, always took pains to keep Kira out of the violent chaos surrounding the club.

When a rival gang massacres the Coast Devils, including Kira’s father, she knows their brutality will not spare her if she is found.

In desperation Kira flees to the Arizona desert to find the one man who might help her.

His name is Orion. As leader of the Defiant MC, he is tough, explosive, unbearably sexy.

And once, he was her father’s best friend.

Confronted by the innocent young woman he’d known long ago, Orion agrees to take her in.

That is, if Kira is willing to meet his terms…

The premise of this book is a bit creepy. More than a little offensive and not due to the age difference between the hero and heroine. A young woman is on the run for her life. She goes to her father’s former best friend for protection. The man her father told her to go to if she ever needed protection. When she gets there, the father’s former best friend is cold. He agrees to protect her but demands her body as payment. Say what?

What didn’t work for me:

His payment method.

He helped raise this girl and know he wants to have sex with her. Shudder.

Her thinking back to her childhood memories and him being there as a parental figure and then her thinking about how much she wants to sleep with him. Gross!

What I did like:

The secondary characters. I want to know their stories.

If you can get past the creep factor, this wasn’t too bad.

Loch Powers was the hottest guy I’d ever seen in my entire life.

And I hated him with every fiber of my being.

I’d practically known him since birth. Heck, we’d literally shared a crib as babies at his mom’s daycare.

Then I’d crushed on him hard when we hit middle school but he wouldn’t give geeky, glasses-wearing me the time of day. When his mom made him take me to the sixth grade dance, he’d humiliated me and I vowed to never talk to him again.

The next year when my family moved away, I told myself that if I never saw him again it’d be too soon.

Now I’m back and attending the same college, but I’m no longer the skinny, ugly girl who was so infatuated with him. And I’m so over him it’s not even funny.

But now that I’m no longer the ugly duckling, he’s set his sights on me, and I’m just not sure what to do with that.

Two kids raised together from the crib. They grew up as playmates and best friends. Puberty hits, boy becomes an asshole, treats girl terribly, humiliates her in front her peers at school. Can he ever redeem himself?

Girl grows up and moves back to her hometown to go to college. She’s built, beautiful and smart. She and her best friend plot revenge against the hateful boy they remember and chaos ensues. Will there be an HEA?

Loved this story! All of it! The second chance to be with the one you’ve always loved. Righting wrongs. Accepting the consequences of your actions. Realizing that two wrongs truly don’t make a right. This story had it all.

I suppose some of us have to get really dirty before we can become truly clean.

I was allegedly South Dakota’s most famous old lady.
Sixteen years ago I survived my old man’s murder

Never again.
Never again will I surrender my heart.
Never again will I sacrifice to the Club.

But that all changed in one night.

I came home and crashed into him,
and my past and present blew up in my face.
Both of us lonely, running on empty, and unwilling to admit it.

Until now.
Now I feel things I’d forgotten about, want things I’d cut out of my insides.

Love not only stings when you lose it, when it’s ripped away from you.
When it first sinks its teeth in you, it can cut just as raw and sting just as deep.

I’d forgotten that.

Who holds the keys to betrayal? To suspicion? To trust?
To brotherhood? To family?
To redemption and a bleeding heart?
Right now, I just might.

This book was suggested to me by a Goodreads friend who also loves MC romance. I’d heard of the author but hadn’t got a chance to read her yet. After the suggestion, I decided to move her up on my TBR and give her a go. I’m very glad that I did.

This story was a very emotional story that tugged at my heart from page one and kept me engrossed. I would’ve finished it sooner but the family was on vacation and we had family stuff to do. It’s a story of having a second chance at love despite losing your first one. Sometimes when you read a book with two different love stories in them, one gets over shadowed by the other one. Not here. I felt her love for both men and understood it. I saw what she was willing to sacrifice not only for her late husband or the MC but for herself.

Great characters, family loyalty, good suspense and hot sex. A winner in my book.

They say there are defining points in your life – moments where you f**ked it all up, moments that make you its bitch, moments that shape you into the person you are.
The day I met Braxton Ward was one of my moments.
My name’s Melissa Hart, and I don’t think you’re ready for this story.

I go by a few names: Hella, Brax, 112, or, depending on whether I’ve been balls deep in you or not, C*nt. I don’t push the boundaries because in order to do so, one must have them. I’ve never had them. Being homeless at the not-so-tender age of fifteen morphed me into an emotionless shell, and when The Army recruited me, that shell turned into steel.
They say if fire is hot enough, it can melt steel; the hate that burns between Melissa Hart and me just might be hot enough.
Shit doesn’t come easy for us. Enemies are expanded, secrets are revealed, and lives will be taken. Yeah, I’m Braxton “Hella” Ward, and you bet your f*cking ass that you ain’t ready for this story

Hella. What a messed up man! He was dark. Maybe the darkest guy that I’ve ever read about. You knew he was dark in the first book of the series but WOW! You truly get to see the level of darkness that lives in his soul in this book. It was cringe worthy.

This story is about the intense attraction between Hella and Melissa. It’s not an easy road to witness. Hella is a stubborn asshole. His treatment of Melissa is less than chivalrous. At times, it’s just plain cruel and selfish.

Melissa has her own demons to fight. A shattering tragedy in her teenage years has shaped her in to the woman she now is. She’s smart, caring and a hot ass mess. Her humor made me laugh a lot. She handles Hella very well.

I liked this book better than the first in the series. Be warned though, there is graphic violence and possibly triggers for some readers.

Jason Guthrie has no time for entanglements—between helping out his widowed brother and teenage nephew and getting his hometown back on its feet, his days are spoken for. But his nights are another story… And when his lovely new neighbor, Honor Brown, reluctantly accepts his help in remodeling her house, Jason finds himself wishing his handyman skills could knock down the defenses she keeps building around herself.

Martial arts teacher Sullivan Dean knows real danger when he sees it—even when it takes the form of the gorgeous blonde helping her friend move in across the street. After putting his wayward past behind him to focus on teaching control to troubled kids, Sullivan has learned to avoid party girls like Lexie Perkins. But Sullivan can’t seem to keep his hands off the real woman behind that flirty charm—or keep his heart from landing at her feet…

While there was a primary couple story, this book felt like 3 linked but separate love stories. I liked it but would’ve preferred each of those couples get their own books. I liked all the characters and want to know their full stories. There was also some touching moments where you were emotionally involved. Good sex scenes, which are another Lori Foster trademark. All Foster fans should enjoy this one.

Book given in exchange for an honest review via the publisher and NetGalley.

Jade Moore was no stranger to the MC lifestyle. Growing up the daughter of the President of the Satan’s Rebels, she knew all about family and loyalty. Her world slowly crumbles when she loses not only her parents, but her brother and best friend. Her uncle steps in and becomes the family she so desperately needs.

But what happens when the only family you have left betrays everything you have ever known?

Jade is drug into the Condemned Warrior world where she is imprisoned for four agonizing years. Beaten and brutalized, she wishes for death, but it never comes.

Reaper inherited the MC from his brother, Halo, and will do whatever it takes to keep the club safe. Anything, including handing over his niece to the club’s enemy. All he has to do is convince her brother, Tank, and best friend, Shadow, that she has run away. Easy. But what Reaper never expects is for Tank and Shadow to come home looking for answers years later and discovering the truth.

Tank and Shadow return to their hometown to investigate missing funds. It’s when they begin digging for the evidence, they discover a much darker secret that Reaper has been hiding. Enlisting the help of the club’s Sergeant at Arms, Viper, they set out to rescue Jade and bring her home where she belongs.

Viper’s reputation is well known both inside and out of the MC. He is a cold-blooded killer, incapable of any feeling but hatred. His allegiance lies with Tank and the club. He will do whatever it takes to bring Jade home, even if it means crossing enemy lines to save her. What he doesn’t expect is to fall for her.

This novella starts the series. The couple from this book will get their own full length book with book two of the series. Fair warning to the readers out there, this is not MC lite. There’s dark content, graphic violence and possible triggers for some.

A kidnapped young girl, tortured for four years. She’s rescued but the past comes back to rear it’s ugly head and take away her only chance at happiness. Good start to a series and I will be reading more by this author.
