When I found my boyfriend cheating on me, I did something stupid.

Or should I say, someone?

Because of that mistake, I’m now stuck in a world I don’t belong in.

I’m a law student. They’re criminals. He’s the vice president of a motorcycle club. I’m a good girl with a strict upbringing. He’s my ex-boyfriend’s brother.

And I’m screwed.

I read this series out of order. I read book two, then book three and now book one. I almost skipped this one altogether. I’m so glad I didn’t. It’s my favorite book so far. I think you could read them all as stand alones but I do usually prefer to read in order.

I love Faye! Totally freakin” love her! Her wit and humor made me repeatedly laugh out loud. She had a sweetness to her also and a big heart. She loved to dish shit out to people no matter what position they held in the MC. She was a strong heroine but doesn’t come across bitchy or masculine.

I liked Dex, A.K.A. Sin. He seemed to fall for Faye right away. He manned up and took responsibility for his part in their unplanned pregnancy. He loves his brothers, Faye and he’s an alpha male to his core.

The reason for the 4.5 star rating and not a full 5 stars is because Dex or Sin was technically still married when he hooked up with Faye and several others prior to her. Adultery is adultery despite what caused the divorce or where you are at in the preceedings. Adultery is not okay or sexy. At all. Ever.

  1. When this review popped up in my inbox I got all excited… Kay read a dragon book? NO WAY! But then I read it, and it’s not a dragon shifter. *sigh* I WILL bring you over to the dark/dragon side one day!

    • Silly girl! No dragons for me at this time. Btw, this was MC lite. You could handle it. MC romance is my comfort food since Sons of Anarchy went off the air.
