Beware: One part dirty instalove, one part captive-woman BDSM dark romance, one part horror. White Trash is not traditional romance. It includes graphic, scary and sexual material some readers may find disturbing.
White Trash is a short read—if you want a longer book, go get one. 🙂
***********************************************
Down in the hollow, Callum devours women’s dirty books. Now he’s ready to take the billionaire’s daughter who needs him to be her alpha. Sy just doesn’t know what’s good for her. Yet.

Callum
Sy Thompson’s supposed to be too good for me.

She’s new in town, lives in a mansion up the hill with her frowning parents. I can’t stop watching her. The curvy beauty’s full, lickable body puts my neck out. She’s everything I’m not supposed to have: wealth, polished beauty, purity.

In one night under me, she’ll find out she loves getting dirty. One night, and she’ll know I’m more than enough for her.
She’s going to beg me, and I’m not going to stop until she’s mine.

Sy
Callum looked dangerous-hot, like he might be wanted for something, something real bad.

He scared me from the minute I caught him staring at me. His pale eyes show his dirty, dirty thoughts. Thick muscles writhe when he loads his big truck.
His tattoos make me want to explore his off-limits body.

He’s the kind of man my mother warns me about, a bad man. I know about bad boys. He’s worse.
A man like Callum Blake, he won’t take no for an answer.

If you’re prone to getting freaked out by graphic sex, dirty words, scary scenes, horror, crime fiction, or dark romance, don’t read this book. If you’re easily offended or triggered, don’t even think about reading White Trash. I mean it. This book is way outside the comfort zone for most readers.
Readers like me who find thrills in the dark: This is for you.

Are you kidding me??!! I loved this! I downloaded this just because of the warning 😀 and it was free at the time I downloaded it. It has an awesome cover and catchy title! I must also mention that there really isn’t any billionaires” in this. I mean, Sy is rich, but that is certainly not the focus. I’m really glad for that because I am totally sick of anything related to billionaires right now.

I loved this short story. It was almost everything the warning promised me. I know the author said White Trash is a short read—if you want a longer book, go get one. 🙂 but this was so fantastic, that I really hope Viv Phoenix might expand on this story later. I mean, Callum has brothers. *wink *wink

Speaking of the warning, it does say that this is one part BDSM… well, in my opinion that isn’t entirely true. Maybe an introductory level BDSM and on the very light side. Callum does his homework on Sy so he can make her his. Sy happens to read books that have alpha males and are BDSM themed. So, there is some Master/slave talk in here and one very short spanking/punishment scene. Another part of the warning says one part horror. Again, in my opinion, I wouldn’t consider this horror. Dark? Probably yes or maybe a charcoal gray? This seems to be more of a suspense or thriller. Now, with having said all that, this… White Trash is not traditional romance. It includes graphic, scary and sexual material some readers may find disturbing. is absolutely true and readers should be cautioned.

I gave this 4.5 stars. Why? Callum. I wish he wasn’t so simple minded. It seems that he was raised in a “House of 1000 Corpses” kind of way and extremely hillbilly. Which is good for the story and I get having some hillbillyish ways, but I wish he didn’t seem so slow. He is pretty creepy though.

“Only thing that could make Sy Thompson prettier would be a big load of my sperm across her pink cheeks. I’d been making tributes on her pictures, so I knew that for sure. Girl looked her best covered in her master’s baby batter.”

description

Callum also has a monster cock. It’s so big that he needs to be careful when he gets hard or he can risk passing out from blood loss to his head. This absolutely cracks me the fuck up every time its referenced. I have seen some monster cock porn and I’m sure he could split Sy in half.

“I made myself do multiplication tables to keep from getting a complete boner. Being big, I got woozy when I got hard.”

Sy Thompson? She is pretty much a TSTL character. Or is she? She is walking around town in those daisy duke shorts, adoring the looks she is getting and she knows who Callum is. Did she plan this? Is she really the mastermind behind this?

Overall, this is a short and fantastic read! Before you pick this up, read the warning the author gives and see if this is something for you. I would love to read more about Callum and Sy and maybe the rest of the Blake clan. This book is listed at $2.99. I wouldn’t pay that much for a short story that is less than 50 pages. I would for sure pay $.99 for it or you can get it on Kindle Unlimited. This is the first time I’ve read this author and I will for sure be reading her again.

Stood up by her boyfriend, she goes home with a woman…

Straight-laced coed Angie has never felt daring enough to…experiment. Until tonight. The skin around Heather’s lips is soft, unlike the stubble Erik lets grow in, and the night unfolds like an erotic dream, tapping into an unexplored part of Angie’s body and mind.

But Heather’s seduction turns into a nightmare when Angie wakes up tied to the bed and is told she can’t leave. Alternately seduced and tormented by her lover-turned-captor, Angie is pulled ever deeper into a twisted world of pain-for-pleasure and voyeuristic exploits. As the stakes rise, both women give into a desire for connections neither has had, and Angie’s struggle to escape becomes a bigger dilemma: Would she leave if she could?

Winner of the Golden Palm Contest for New Adult Romance, this erotic thriller dares to explore the darker side of our fantasies and their sometimes unintended consequences.

Review

SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY! Holy shit that was an intense and crazy ride! I do love a good psychological thriller and this one did not disappoint. This is an exciting and very well written story and I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys a book that makes your heart pump fast for many different reasons. This is an author you will want to keep on your radar.

The Need is a thrilling story about an insecure young woman who discovers things about herself that are brought to the surface in the most unexpected, unusual and sometimes terrifying way. This book will have you on the edge of your seat and wanting to read faster to find out what happens next. This is truly a prime example of a “page turner”.

Angie and Heather’s characters are very well developed and interesting. To me they felt like real people and I was right there with them on their crazy journey. Thank goodness I really wasn’t but I did feel what Angie felt. I felt her anticipation, love, fear, hate and confusion about what was happening to her. Heather helped these feelings along because she is a manipulator, deceiver and in my opinion a complete psychopath. However, at times I think Heather wanted the “normal” and she saw that in Angie. She wanted and yearned for someone to love her for who she is and all her faults. She wasn’t loved by her mother and her father left when she was young. So Heather has her own self esteem and trust issues.

“We are all victims of circumstance-until we make a conscious decision not to be.

This isn’t my first f/f book and most certainly not my last. The sex in this book is really good, terrifying, fascinating, complicated and very erotic. It’s very well done and given the circumstances of the story, nothing like I’ve read before. To me, each scene has a purpose in both Angie and Heather’s character development. There are a couple of scenes that make me wonder if Heather had set them up prior or if they really were unexpected. Example, the City Inspector and cop? Is she really that much of a mastermind manipulator?

“You don’t hate me. You chose to let me do that to you because it gave you something you needed.”

description

Some of the things I questioned or didn’t understand are; Angie is supposed to be super smart and highly educated. So it surprises me that she can even consider falling in love with someone who lied and tortured her. I get that you do what you need to survive but in my opinion that is an extreme case of Stockholm syndrome and that girl needs some therapy. I also know that years of low self esteem and believing your own truths has a tremendous effect on you.

description

There is also a part that confused me, but maybe I just read it wrong or something. Heather uses a phrase with the “city inspector” that calms him down and then Angie turns around and uses the exact phrase on Heather. Wouldn’t Heather recognize what Angie is doing? There is also a little bit of Heathers back story that I may have misunderstood. Again, it’s totally possible that I missed something. I thought that her mom got a new boyfriend? But then she ended up getting kicked out? Sorry people, I cannot elaborate on that question. Also, at the end of the book, what happened to the “other people” involved in the story? Was Stone Media set up like a snuff film or something? What happed to the company and all the videos? I can’t ask too many questions because I don’t want to give anything away. The ending did not go in the direction I expected which makes it much more interesting but left me with a lot of questions.

On a side note, I need to mention that every time I hear Iron Maiden… all I can think about is Bill and Ted. This really has nothing to do with the book, it’s just something that popped in my head almost every time I read it. 😀

description

My overall experience of The Need is a full 5 stars, but the ending and the few things I questioned make me take it down half a star. Although that ending was not what I expected or wanted, this is not my story to tell. This is Angie and Heathers story told through the eyes of S.L. Hannah and it really is an exciting story. I highly recommend trying this out for yourself.

‘Good pussy bad pussy. I knew something had awakened in me, something I’d never experienced before. A force, a power, a drive, an energy. Call it good pussy, call it bad pussy, call it whatever you will, but a life force had been awakened in me and I couldn’t put it (her) back to sleep again. Right or wrong, she was awake! She was alive! And she wanted more.’

Most married women only dream of having sex with other handsome, sexy men, but Rachel actually did. And it got her into all kinds of trouble.

In this fascinating tale of forbidden sex and guilty pleasures, readers can follow the beautiful and naive Rachel in her dangerous attempt to be free, follow her heart and satisfy her pussy – all at the same time!

From Amsterdam to the French Riviera to New York City… from her blond lover Stefan, to the aristocratic Albert, and mad doctor Howard, Rachel tastes the forbidden fruit – and likes it. That is until life takes a very surprising turn!

“Good Pussy Bad Pussy” is a very modern love story and an addictive, erotic page-turner.

Review

First, I want to warn readers that there are uncomfortable situations in this book that involve rape and dubious consent. If this is a hard limit for you then I encourage you to stay away. However, if you’re curious, the author does a wonderful job at telling this story.

“The wise would say true liberation is only to be found in freedom from the bondage to our desires.”

This is a story about Rachel, her life, decisions she makes and her journey based on those decisions. Married to a boring and sometimes mean man, feeling trapped in her mundane life and yearning for the excitement that she knows is out there. A chance meeting with a man on the beach and a decision that will awaken something in her and change the course of her life.

make good choices

I have to mention the title of this book. I think its brilliant and I love it! This book was not what I expected, but in a good way. There were moments that I wanted to jump in the book and kick everyone’s ass and other moments that made me tear up. I wanted to shake Rachel and scream at her! WAKE UP GIRL! WTF are you doing? Stefan and Albert I want to throat punch them!

I hate men

I had a difficult time at the beginning of the book. I did not like Rachel or the men she was around but I did feel Rachel’s conflict with the entire situation. Stefan was kind, handsome and exactly what Rachel needed in the beginning. Albert is Stefan’s best friend and business associate. I wasn’t sure what kind of game Stefan or Albert were playing and it really gave me the creeps. When Rachel and Albert first got together… I felt that connection and it gave my stomach butterflies. It was simple and sexy.

“Was this the beginning of my liberation or enslavement? Oh where oh where had good pussy, bad pussy just taken me?”

Felix Fischer. Fucker!

“…motioned for me to remove his shoes. When I didn’t react immediately, he reached out and grabbed my arm, shoving me down to the floor.”

fuck off
hell to the no

Rachel is a very complex character and at times I’m pretty sure she has no gut instincts, no inner voice telling her ‘this is a bad idea’ or just telling people the truth! She has the worst luck and makes terrible decisions. FUCK! That is so infuriating. Plus, I swear Rachel’s pussy is made of magic because everyone wants a taste.

Oh Howard…. what can I say about Howard? Nothing! You’ll have to read it to find out.

a little angry

Oh there is a part in this book that I just about shit myself! I stopped reading… looked around and there was nobody there to share the experience I just had. It was the OH FUCK moment and shit is about to go down. I was helpless and all I could do was just read more and faster. When a certain someone shows up in Amsterdam and what follows that…

omgomgomg

Then, just when you think it’s over and you can breathe…

oh no shock

And then I was like….

oh no

And then that mother fucker… and… and… and… OMG!

ahhhh
ahhhh

I’ve left a lot unsaid because I don’t want to give any spoilers. Actually, I’ve probably already said too much. Overall, I loved this book and I can’t wait to read more! For me this was one of those books I stayed up all night to finish and I haven’t had one of those in a very long time. Besides the beginning being a little off to me, all I have to say to someone who is thinking about buying this book… just stick with it. You will not be disappointed. There is a ton of sex in here, but there was only one butterfly moment for me. The rest… I’m not sure how to categorize it. Some hot, some uncomfortable and some not hot at all. You’ll have to find out for yourself. Although I think the price of the book is a little much, it is a really good read and I highly recommend it.

This author will take you on a wicked journey with Rachel’s tale. The mind and body are curious things and sometimes they betray each other. Not everyone’s reactions will be the same in every situation. What makes us come to some of the decisions that we make? Are you so sure that you would do the exact opposite? You will never know until you are actually in that kind of situation. Bravo A. Aimee!

“The heart is such a tender offering when it is young and innocent and pure, regardless of one’s age.”

bravo
